Yesterday, I was at a rugby game and sat beside me was a dad and two daughters.
From the off they were irritating me because they would not stop being loud, obnoxious, and commentating on everything with stupid accents.
But what I found interesting was that despite 3 of them being at it.
Once the dad went to the toilet, the two girls were as quiet as mice.
Which seemed like their natural state.
Then when the dad returned they were matching him obnoxious comment for obnoxious comment.
It took the sting out of the annoyance because obviously these girls were just desperate for their dad’s praise/attention.
