The anonymous nature of feedback forms is supposed to encourage participants.
It’s not a license to say whatever you want.
You’re still expected to exercise some compassion as an adult.
Eventually, another human being is going to read this.
It’s supposed to be for improvement not unloading all your issues on someone else.
