It’s funny how the body can get used to a certain speed.
Like maybe you set the speed to manage a particularly busy period and that became the new ‘cruise control’.
However, now the busy period is over and it’s time to relax but the body is still on cruise control and you have to consciously slow down and do less.
And you have to say to yourself:
“Hey, hey, hey… No! We’re not about that frantic life anymore. We’re doing one thing at a time, slowly and deliberately.”
