“In the park I will be peaceful.”
Therefore I’ve got to finish up early and rush to the park to get as much peace as possible.
Which only aggravates you more when there are any delays or unexpected obstacles at all.
And if you are so hindered that you don’t get to the park at all, you are in such a foul mood that you shouldn’t have even set the park as a goal.
It’s this conditional peace that sets a trap for us.
Better, I think, to practice peace before the park, on the walk to the park, on the walk back from the park and every moment not in the park.
