To the artists who are not going to make it as professionals it’s very easy to get hung up on the finished product.

Whether as painting can be viewed not as another confirmation of incompetence but an enjoyable calming way to pass the time.

By all means throw the painting out immediately afterward. Because it’s the time spent creating that you take with you.
