Uncertain tasks

It’s the uncertain tasks that are the worst.

The ones where you don’t know what information you need or what the approvers preference is.

So, the short term future looks like grappling around in the dark and you don’t even know where to begin.

Contrast that to the tasks where you’ve done it so often you could do it in your sleep.

You know exactly how to complete it and have a concrete milestone for when it’s done.

They could be gruelling because they take time or continuous concentration but at least there’s certainty in those tasks.
