Turning to inner peace

I think when someone’s goal is inner peace they’re usually in a certain stage in life and it certainly wasn’t their first goal.

When they were kids all they wanted to do was play.

Then they became young adults and they wanted adventure.

Then when the desire for adventure faded, they wanted to make a name for themselves.

Then after a few years of slugging it out with the world of business, it was impressed upon them just how much sacrifice and hard work is required to succeed.

So they turn to inner peace.

Arguably the hardest state to attain but the ideal appeals to them most at this stage in their life.

(Warning – different stages may vary in length of time depending on your appetite for suffering)
