Why don’t men who play tag for Ireland want to play men’s tag at a club level?
Because it means being a second class citizen.
It gives the men a taste of what the women feel when playing mixed tag.
No wonder so many women prefer to play ladies.
When men play mixed tag they run the show.
They take the kicks, they call the shots, they score the tries.
But playing men’s means some men have to go stand out on the wing and never get the ball which isn’t popular for men who are used to being head ballers and shot callers.
