I’m a slave get me out of here
Did you know the way they determine which 'celebrity' takes on the latest disgusting challenge is by a public vote. So the 'celebrity' is a slave to the public's opinion. How apt.
Why?
I think this is the question most people ask after they see senseless violence. Why did they do that? What provoked them? Are they mentally deranged? We desperately want to understand because if we can understand we can make sense of our world and we'll feel safer in it.
Presenteeism
Presenteeism (when an employee shows up to work despite being unwell) is a weird one. It begs the question - what's going on here psychologically speaking? Where is the employee feeling the pressure from? Yes the company should be the first port of call but I think it's rare for any manager in this day … Continue reading Presenteeism

I dare say no one is anyone color the whole way through. It would mean omitting lessons learned along the way. For example this red I know, … Continue reading Snowflake psychology
The accountability games
'I think that is a marketing task' 'Absolutely not! That is an events job if ever I saw one!' 'Why don't we make it fall under Customer service's remit?' Compare that to JK Rowling who chose to write 7 books. It's funny how the attitude changes when we love the work and when we're forced … Continue reading The accountability games
