Local TV segment
The announcement came through, there is gonna be a morning TV segment on the local community. And the gender split of those who replied was 2 guys and 16 girls. Who’s running the show?
My physio tells me my ankle pain is due to my body compensating for a childhood injury to my hip. My therapist blindsides me by linking my pattern of warring with authority figures to unresolved issues with my parents. Complaining becomes confirmation
I believe there is a point when complaining becomes confirmation bias. When you bitch about someone so much that all you can now see is their mistakes. So, I think it's best for both parties sakes to dial back on the complaining before you reach the point of no return
Standard setting
I think the setting of standards is very important. Without it, complacency creeps in, then settles in, then becomes the norm.
A burnt out insomniac
"I think what happened was, I felt the fatigue but it was only 2pm and I was in the office so I just forced myself to work tired and I've been doing that for 5 years" A burnt out insomniac
