Accusation hurt
Why did that accusation hurt so much? All other accusations fell like water off a duck's back but that one hit home because it aggravated a deep seeded fear.
Is logic worth it?
"There is no such thing as a rational consumer" + "Because the boss said so" + Spending $300,000 on a watch when your phone has a clock. = Considering the above is it worth learning logic? Compassion partner
It's easier to be compassionate to another than oneself. The inner critic taints all evidence to suit their own conclusion and they have a stranglehold on your train of thoughts. But another person, a trusted companion, will not suffer this bias and can offer a contrary view of reality. One that is much fairer to your well-intentioned soul. Therefore … Continue reading Compassion partner

For example by all means give the sales department all the benefits and leave none for the rest. But as soon as salespeople start walking around abusing their status thinking that they are above … Continue reading Special subgroup
Culture tipping point
I think when one person lies it's the individual, when it's two people it's a coincidence but when it's 3, it's the culture. Why would good people do bad things unless the environment pressures them to do so.
Great calm hurdle
Putting your phone on airplane mode and deleting Tiktok is a great start. Preserving your calm when your deep seeded fears are enflamed is a great hurdle to overcome.
