A few hours later…
“Oh my god we’ve so much to do. We’re never going to get it all done in time”

When you have ample time the easy thing to do is just push the problem back, avoid it for another bit. Then all of a sudden the deadline is upon you and it’s panic stations!
The people who get started early. Who don’t need the threat of a deadline to force themselves into action. They’re the pro’s.
They know the true value of the limited resource that is time.
