In June, Jack did a great job of convincing his boss to switch the company’s target audience.
But now it’s August and the numbers aren’t looking good. The change hasn’t gone quite as smooth and the new audience hasn’t quite taken to the changes.
The project isn’t over yet and Jack still has faith but Jack’s boss is on his case daily.
Now Jack will really be put to the test. Does he have enough interpersonal skills to calm his boss and gain the space he needs to see the changes through?
