Feedback can play an essential role in pointing out areas for improvement.
Where feedback becomes tricky is in subjective matter.
Then you wade into the murky waters of mind reading.
It also means relying on the recipient to provide the feedback.
A client leaves their agency in the dark when they withhold their opinion.
The playwright is left baffled when the audience refuses to comment on the play.
If you are in such a situation, you owe it to the creator to provide feedback otherwise how else are they going to hit the mark?
