It’s funny I was there too. I saw and heard what happened and Bob’s retelling of the story omits a certain number of facts.
It leaves out the apology and attempts to complement other aspects.
Instead he focuses on that one nasty comment and proceeds to embellish it.
It’s almost like Bob picked a certain belief and then ignored any evidence contrary to this belief.
