Peter has a unique working style.
It is not based on time but feelings.
He works until he gets tired and then he takes a break.
He breaks until he feels guilty and then he heads back to work.
His productivity is based on guilt and fatigue.
It has its benefits.
When he’s on a roll he rides the wave out regardless of time. Also breaking whenever he is tired keeps him feeling fresh.
But wherever there are benefits there are drawbacks too.
If Peter wakes up tired the majority of the day could be spent on break. His productivity also depends on his feelings of guilt which can lead to extreme laziness or an unhealthy workaholic lifestyle.
I don’t know about you but I’d prefer someone who shows up everyday and does the work regardless of their mood. A Mr reliable. Someone who will perform 8/10 everyday rather than someone who gives a 6/10 one day and a 10/10 the next day.
