Fernando is waiting.
Waiting to be told what to do.
Waiting for his boss to give him orders.
Fernando doesn’t like waiting.
He likes being productive and all this waiting makes him feel like his career is wasting away before his very eyes.

I think waiting is detrimental to one’s skills, potential and precious time.
I think that if you want your career to progress you can’t wait for someone to hand you opportunities you have to go out and find them.
As long as you sit there waiting someone else is in control of your career and they don’t care about it as much as you do.
