Go on without them

I remember exactly where I was when my rugby coach announced that he wouldn’t be coaching any more.

I vividly recall when my director told us all that we would be leaving the company.

When you found out for the first time that someone was no longer going to be around. You may have sat there and struggled to imagine life without them.

I think it comes as a shock because these people were so integral to our experience. Be it rugby, work, school or life.

They had such a strong positive influence that we start to wonder – How does anyone follow them?

How do we go on without them?
