I think you have mastered your fear of judgement when you can deliver a presentation without stress.
To present, to set yourself up for judgement, without losing a wink of sleep is the dream.
Of course there will be some sort of nerves bouncing around your body but to know in advance and be unfazed is the peak.
It is an enviable skill to the less practiced.
For them their life is consumed by the presentation from the moment they find out to the instant it’s over.
I think the difference is process and outcome.
The master is not attached to the outcome, they are relaxed because they are going to give their best and that’s all that matters.
The nervous novice desperately wants a win so they stress over an uncontrollable factor until finally judgement puts them out of their misery.
