I think this would be water off a duck’s back for Chris Nolan. He signed up for this. He made a choice a long time ago to produce movies that brought something new and never seen before to cinemas.
In order to lead filmmaking like he has, you have to take risks. In order to create something worth loving you have to risk the hate of others.
If anything, all this criticism proves is that Nolan is fulfilling his ambition of pushing the boundaries of film.
