Poor Pete. He probably took sympathy on all the technophobes and now everyone knows him to be the gateway to getting their problems fixed.
The impenetrable IT email screening wall is undone due to Pete’s facilitation of a Trojan horse.
The ‘We’ll get back to you in 72 hours’ message is ignored because everyone has learned Pete replies in minutes.
I wonder if Pete will come to regret this.
