Job = security

I reckon nobody wakes up in a cold sweat needing to check if they visited 3 or 4 tourist attractions earlier that day.

I don’t think anyone loses sleep over the luxuries of life.

But I do reckon the primary root for the majority of insomnia is work.

It’s not uncommon to view your steady income as key to your security in life.

Then, if your job is crucial to your safety, small insignificant tasks like whether or not you said 3 or 4 departments in the latest PR statement demands disproportionate levels of anxiety.

It’s easy to sweat the small stuff when it equates to preventing your children dying from hunger.

But is it the reality?
