Isn’t it funny that you could go to a school reunion and end up only talking to the people you are in regular contact with?
Like doesn’t that miss the point?
Aren’t you supposed to attend a reunion to reconnect with those you’ve fallen out of touch with?
But at the same time, it makes perfect sense.
Nobody is forcing you to chat to anyone at a reunion.
So given the choice between a potentially awkward conversation and a proven rapport, it’s easy to see why people fall back into old cliques.
