Why don’t we do cooler things?

Boredom.

I think businesses are not used to handling boredom well.

If there is only enough work for half a day, then the go to solution is to give that employee more to do!

I think the truly innovative projects come from sitting around brainstorming not racing to yet another deadline.

How can you conjure up new creative solutions when your workload keeps you at full capacity 9-5 everyday?
