Isn’t it ironic and hilarious how bang on the money with calculated precision people can be with the problems of others whilst simultaneously remain woefully ignorant of their own?
It seems no one is safe from these blind spots.
Everyone was assigned them at birth.
Some will continue to operate with this defect but some have figured out that honest feedback from another can help shine the light on these blind spots.
