Dietrich had actually just had another setback and it was becoming likely that he would never return to sport. A thought that was crushing him internally and yet he replies:
‘Oh yeah it’s fine!’

Olga’s dad has been dead for three years but she responds with:
‘Accounting‘

‘How is Kelvin doing?’
Kelvin and Patricia are actually in a rough patch right now and could be breaking up. Despite this Patricia says:
‘Good!’

Sometimes it feels easier to not get into it.
‘If they react with sympathy or pity it’s going to make it so much harder for me to hold it together, so I’m just gonna lie.‘
It’s a fib to save yourself some pain.
