Mentally speaking the footballers were in a great position.
They were heavy underdogs and it was for a bit of fun.
But for Ronnie, 7 time world champion, all the expectation is on him to win, and if he does no one will be ecstatic because he’s a professional and the heavy favourite.
So he’s got nothing to gain and everything to lose.
Psychologically speaking he is under the most pressure in that snooker game.
