You often see the statement ‘everyone deserves love’ in mental books and I find it problematic.
Because the question springs to mind:
So, Hitler deserved love?
Surely not, right? There needs to be some clarification in the statement, some nuance added to make sense of it all.
Unless you rephrase it to maybe:
‘everyone needs love’
That would make more sense.
That could even apply to Hitler and probably an absence of love in early life was the reason he wound up like he did.
