It’s sad how much we allow others to make us feel bad.
Most are not consciously thinking about it, they are just shriveling to this person’s negativity.
But if we were to select people to be the judge of our self worth wouldn’t it be better to pick someone who knows you very well rather than someone who makes snap judgements?
Also, no one knows you better than you. You have the best data to judge yourself on.
I know it’s much deeper and harder to cure than that but an audit could be a start.
