When you’re not allowed to be grumpy, the irritability becomes a toxic sludge eating you from inside.
But if you have a grumpy competition with whomever you’re with, not only does it say that you’re allowed to be grumpy but also it becomes a game and in some kind of reverse psychology you dispel the grumpiness quickly in laughter.
