Processing a lot

At the end of each work day Hugo would have a lot to process on the train home.

Harriet would sit in silence for a good hour on the bus after each training session, considering everything that just happened.

There’s reliving exciting moments and then there’s quiet reflection.

The former is a sign of joy and the latter is a sign of misalignment.

I think the more you have to process about the regular activities then the more there is an internal voice trying to be heard looking for change.
