In the TV show Motherland the main character is very unlikeable.
She does some questionable acts that really throw her status as a good person into contention.
But it doesn’t seem to put me off the show and I think that’s because the writers make sure to balance out the screen time with other characters.
When her terrible temper is only a portion and when the jokes from all angles are the priority it makes for an enjoyable show.
