You should be engaging more! They're going to judge you to be grumpy and unsociable if you don't talk more! You should strike up a conversation with the person beside you. I think truly feeling secure in your own skin looks like hearing this nervous voice and not acting out of anxiety.

Catching inspiration

Moods are too unpredictable to be productive. Waiting to be inspired inevitably means working once a financial quarter. The pros figured out that in order to get the practice in you have to get to it, annoyed. You have to go up on stage pissed off. You have to act happy whilst being sad.
