I believe there is a point when complaining becomes confirmation bias. When you bitch about someone so much that all you can now see is their mistakes. So, I think it's best for both parties sakes to dial back on the complaining before you reach the point of no return

I think the setting of standards is very important. Without it, complacency creeps in, then settles in, then becomes the norm.

We all have flaws. Some just hide them better than others.

It's scary to get injured and not able to play in the tournament. But what's even scarier to some is being timid, shy, and a passenger being carried by your teammates. MVP or nothing is the attitude of some.
