I think it's mad that there is an outcry for Roy Keane to become the next Irish football mens manager. Yes he was a successful player, winning 19 competitions but it's a completely different skill set. Yes he's a very entertaining pundit but coaching a football team is a completely different skillset. From all the … Continue reading Roy Keane for manager

Jericho’s list
Jericho knows the flaws off all around him off by heart and keeps them top of mind. Why? Because if they try to reject him, he will be able to reject them back, harder.
Mindless breaks
During his presidency, Barack Obama must have had moments where he shut his brain down and watched mindless TV. He can't have had the weight of the free world on his shoulders at all times. It's too much! He must've had time out where he only thought of himself and the most basic thoughts
Forgets the demons
I think everyone always underestimates or forgets to factor in the mental demons. Motivational makeup
I think everyone's motivational makeup is as unique as their fingerprint. You can't assume the same carrot and speech that worked for Charlotte will work on Marie Claire. Many a time I have fallen victim to another's assumption that what lights their fire lights mine. So, instead of assuming and telling them what they should be motivated by, … Continue reading Motivational makeup
