I don’t watch Game of thrones but the majority of fans who I’ve spoken to have been displeased with the final season. And displeased is putting it lightly.
In defense of the guys in charge of the TV show, they stepped up to a humongous task. The show has a massive worldwide following with diehard fans that have extremely high expectations.
Couple that with the fact that there is no guideline in the form of a book to consult (a luxury in past seasons).
They had to step out of their comfort zone and create an ending for these avid fans.
It’s not an easy thing to do and I think their bravery should be applauded and considered when watching the latest season.
