There was once a boy named Spob. From a very early age Spob was very good at Maths but he wasn’t good at getting along with his classmates.
Whenever Spob had some free time he would choose to invest his time learning maths (his favourite pastime) rather than learning how to make friends (something he always found very difficult).
Over the years all these tiny decisions have compounded itself resulting in Spob being brilliant at maths but at the cost of having no friends.
It’s understandable how this happened, Spob was good at maths so he chose maths but now he’s a lonely man and longs for friendship.
By repeatedly taking the path of least resistance Spob has created an imbalanced life.
A weakness, left unchecked can repeatedly hinder one’s progress.
