Peter’s style

Peter coaches the local rugby team and he has a certain style. 

Any sign of dawdling and he’s over in a flash. 

Any bit of non-rugby chatting is stamped out immediately. 

Any time over the allotted break time and you can guarantee Peter will scold you. 

Peter’s presence is constant and always with the same message – get back to rugby. 

The result of all this? 

It’s not better results, it’s a constant exodus of players. 

Peter doesn’t realise it but nobody enjoys being treated like a robot.
