One of the great things about Rick and Morty is the variety in alien races. The writers show great creativity in coming up with unique looks and characteristics for their alien tribe creations.
The best alien races, in my opinion, are the ones that show distinctly
human traits.
You can tell that the writers are using this race to make a comment about our society.
If it weren’t for the humanness of these aliens, then the joke falls flat because if the audience can’t relate then it’s not funny.
