They especially love it when the people pleaser accomodates the higher up’s preference for beating traffic, even though it means joining a call at 4 in the morning.
The lower downs hate the way the people pleaser says yes to everything.
They especially hate it when they’ve exhausted themselves to make a deadline and find out that their boss has just promised another impossible delivery.
