With all this isolation and social distancing one’s ability to deal with boredom will be put to the test.
The first port of call is obviously one’s phone. With access to the internet the possibilities are endless.
Then of course there’s TV. Netflix has so much content you could spend weeks trying to watch it all.
For those with a desire for a slower medium there’s always books. If you are so inclined, fingers crossed you have access to a few good books.
Despite all these methods for passing time I think the king of curing boredom is creation.
The challenge inherent in creative activity both requires and gifts much more engagement than consuming.
