Control freaks have enormous delivery costs.
The desperate need to see, know and approve everything makes glorified postmen out of the rest of the team.
The team members are essentially middle men, they deliver what needs approving, note the feedback, deliver the feedback.
And repeat.
Safe to say it’s not a sustainable job. A messaging app could replace them at any moment.
Furthermore this whole back and forth using humans leads to a huge waste of time.
It just goes to show that trusting others is a massive productivity hack.
