Everyone feels fear but it’s rare to hear someone admit to being scared.
Instead the fear gets hidden behind comments like:
‘I don’t have the time’
or
‘I’m waiting for the right moment’
It’s admirable to be honest. It’s downright impressive to be candid about fear.
The fact that confessions of fear are scarce makes them, ironically, courageous.
And one brave step presents the opportunity to take another and build momentum.
