‘Ready when you are’
Now those not ready should be starting to feel the heat.
It was fine when everyone else wasn’t ready but now the pressure is on because you’re holding people up. People are waiting on you and who knows they might be judging you! And we don’t want people judging us.
Also if the group is late, the last one ready gets the blame.
The phrase doesn’t need to be shouted, the pressure alone should be enough to speed things up.
