The pursuit of excellence is a long and frustrating road.
Frustrating because the progress isn’t always noticeable. It may take years of consistent hard work to see a difference and we love to see an immediate difference. The change is why we’re making the effort and we want to know our hard work is not in vain. But that could take years to see.
