Kerry Flanagan: Thanks for having me Tyrone, it’s great to be here.
Tyrone: Now Kerry, straight out of the gate, I want to get to the nitty gritty of high performing whiners. Specifically, what is the number one obstacle to complaining?
Kerry: Oh that’s easy, problem solvers!
Tyrone: Ah interesting, and how do you deal with problem solvers?
Kerry: It’s simple really. Any time I sense they are getting close to solving my problem I move onto another one quick as a flash. I get great pleasure out of the frustration it causes them.
Tyrone: I don’t doubt it. But why do they try to derail you so?
Kerry: I pity them really. They are operating under a fundamental misunderstanding of what complaining is for. I don’t want my problem solved, I just want to complain!
