“I don’t know how to send a word doc via WhatsApp”
Now that’s a pretty lame excuse for a lack of progress.
With the vast amount of information so easily available on the internet it’s not hard to find/figure out a solution.
What I think is really going on is that the person is afraid and the above lame excuse is easier than confessing to being terrified.
