When working on your own idea vetting and implementation is quick and easy because you are the sole decision maker.
You can decide to implement the idea instantly.
That’s not the case when working in a team.
The team is the decision maker, a general consensus must be agreed.
It may take a while for other team members to play with the idea and form their opinion on it.
So in idea implementation projects can be slower but it should be said that the brainstorming potential of an individual cannot rival the group.
Although it may take longer there is much more potential that the idea gets enhanced and expanded upon by the group before implementation (if adopted!).
So you may be quicker working on your own but your project may be more well rounded with a team.
