You know the old saying:
‘Be careful what you wish for, because you just might get it.’
Well I think a similar saying exists for brainstorming sessions.
‘Be careful what you suggest because you just might be put in charge of it’
To everyone else it makes logical sense that person who suggests the idea knows the most about it and should therefore be responsible for implementing it.
In reality the proposer may only have a surface level knowledge of the subject matter and no idea whatsoever of how to turn into reality.
