Sometimes you will see the the principle of reciprocity at play in conversations.
If I ask the question to enough people in the circle there’s a good chance someone will return the favour.
Some people will use this to their advantage and ask questions they really want to answer themselves.
That way they get to say what they want to say and they maintain good conversational etiquette.
